Malaysia Platform User Guide

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "918kissapk" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to the website, mobile app, and all services operated under the 918kissapk.bet domain.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered for or used the 918kissapk platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Member on the 918kissapk platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any monetary transaction placed on the outcome of a sports event or game at 918kissapk.
• "Bonus" — any credits, promotions, bonus cash, or other benefits granted by 918kissapk to a Member.
• "Account Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met rollover requirements.
• "Rollover" / "Turnover" — the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the 918kissapk platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

3Account Security & Member Responsibilities

Account security is a shared responsibility between 918kissapk and its Members. On our end, we are committed to providing robust security technology; Members, in turn, are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

• You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify 918kissapk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

918kissapk shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials, unless it can be demonstrated that such losses were directly caused by the negligence of 918kissapk.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 918kissapk platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit — this is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• 918kissapk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and membership status (VIP or standard).
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts or those linked to fraudulent activity will be investigated and may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

918kissapk offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account only. If the system detects multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method to claim a bonus, the bonus will be voided.
• The standard rollover requirement for deposit bonuses is 10x bonus value — for example, if you receive a bonus of RM 100, you must place bets totalling RM 1,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count towards rollover requirements.
• 918kissapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the interests of existing members who have already received the bonus.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system through back and lay betting, group syndicates, or other methods deemed unfair will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

6General Betting Rules

Betting at 918kissapk is governed by both general rules and sport- or game-specific rules. The general rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by Members, except in specific circumstances where the Cash Out feature is available.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and may vary depending on the sport, match, and your membership status.
• 918kissapk reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• In the event that a Malaysia Super League, EPL, or other league match is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled beyond a specified time limit, 918kissapk will follow industry-standard settlement rules to determine the outcome of affected bets.
• For cricket betting, abandoned or incomplete matches will be settled in accordance with the specific rules set out in the Cricket Rules section of our platform.
• Odds displayed on 918kissapk are as stated at the time the bet is confirmed. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect that bet.

7Fair Play & RNG Integrity

918kissapk is fully committed to fair and transparent gameplay. For all slots, casino games, and Virtual Sports that use a random number generator (RNG):

• Our RNG engine is periodically audited by accredited independent parties to ensure the randomness and fairness of all outcomes.

8Prohibited Activities & Unauthorised Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 918kissapk platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account (multiple account registration).
• Using another person's identity or falsified information during registration.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or speed-measuring tools to exploit the 918kissapk system.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) with the intent of guaranteeing risk-free profit using bonuses.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Sharing login credentials or selling/transferring your account to another party.
• Using a VPN or other technology to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions or usage requirements.

9Account Suspension, Freezing & Closure

918kissapk reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the Member is under 18 years of age.
• A request from a legitimate legal authority.
• Activity showing signs of serious gambling problems as determined by our responsible gaming policy.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.

Members may also request the closure or suspension of their own account at any time by contacting 918kissapk customer support. Any valid account balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation or suspension period concludes, provided there are no outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

10918kissapk Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• 918kissapk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our platform.
• 918kissapk does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through our official communication channels.
• 918kissapk's total maximum liability to any Member shall not exceed that Member's current account balance at the time the claim arises.
• 918kissapk is not liable for the failure of third-party systems — such as payment or game providers — that are beyond our direct control, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any related issues in a timely manner.

11Responsible Gaming

918kissapk takes problem gambling seriously. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their betting habits:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits — Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given time period.
• Bet Limits — Limit the maximum stake you can place on a single bet.
• Time-Out — Suspend your account for 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account with additional protection against re-registration.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

918kissapk reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of material amendments that significantly affect Member rights:

• Continued use of the 918kissapk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 918kissapk platform:

• Members are required to contact the 918kissapk customer support team first to attempt an internal resolution before pursuing any further action.
• 918kissapk is committed to investigating and responding to every complaint within 5 business days.
• 918kissapk's decisions regarding betting disputes are final, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error or misconduct on the part of the platform.
